Introducing the Berridge Tee-Lock, the latest addition to the Berridge Manufacturing standing seam product line, offering a modern standing seam solution with a symmetrical two and three-eighths-inch high profile and an impressive 18-inch coverage. Available in both 24- and 22-gauge steel, as well as 0.032 and 0.040 aluminum, this versatile panel is designed for roofing and fascia applications over both solid sheathing and open framing.

The Tee-Lock stands out with its concealed fasteners and is available in a striated finish with the optional choice of a smooth surface, providing design flexibility. The two and three-eighths-inch standing mechanically seamed sidelap ensures a robust and weathertight connection, contributing to the durability of the structure.

This panel is available in continuous lengths up to 40 feet and can be site-formed using the Berridge TP-24 Roll Former, providing seamless integration into various architectural designs. The Tee-Lock Seam Cap, also available in continuous lengths, complements the panel, ensuring a unified appearance.

Berridge Tee-Lock Clips are available in 16GA and 304 Stainless (Required for aluminum panels).
Berridge Tee-Lock Seam Caps with Vinyl Weatherseal are only for use with the Berridge Tee-Lock Panel System and are factory formed to a maximum 40′. Consult BMC for open framing.
Use Zee-Flashing as mechanical weather closure at ridges, hips, etc. Field cut to fit between panel legs. Trim drawings and dimensions & finish side is required for all trim pieces.
The Tee-Lock Ridge Closure is die-stamped to match the panel profile. Use as a mechanical weather closure at ridges, headwalls, and slope transitions. Use Zee-Flashing for hips.
