Product Information

The Berridge Manufacturing Curved Zee-Lock Panels epitomize architectural innovation, offering a seamless combination of form and function for a variety of real-world applications. Crafted from durable 24- and 22-gauge steel, these panels boast a 2-inch standing mechanically seamed sidelap, providing a watertight seal for roofing applications. The standard 16-inch coverage, available in both smooth and optional striated finishes, offers design flexibility for architects and builders alike.

What sets the Curved Zee-Lock Panels apart is their ability to transform conventional structures into captivating works of art. Designed specifically for roofing applications, these panels can be curved in continuous lengths on-site using the Berridge ZC-21 Zee-Lock Curving Machine. The curvature can achieve a minimum radius of 20 feet, allowing architects to introduce dynamic, visually engaging elements to their designs.

Real-world applications for Curved Zee-Lock Panels are diverse. Imagine a modern shopping mall with a sweeping, curved roof that not only provides shelter but also becomes a distinctive architectural feature. Alternatively, consider a contemporary residential development where the Curved Zee-Lock Panels create unique, eye-catching rooflines, contributing to the neighborhood’s overall aesthetic.

In addition to aesthetics, the panels maintain the reliability and durability expected from Berridge products. The Curved Zee-Lock Panels redefine roofing possibilities, enabling architects to turn their visions of curved designs into reality while ensuring the performance and longevity required for diverse architectural applications.
