Product Information

FW-12 Panel System Overview

  • The FW-12 is a precision-formed metal panel system for exterior walls, soffits and fascia applications.
  • Its profile creates clean transitions and sharp, modern faƧade lines.
  • Advanced coil processing ensures consistent finishes and long-term durability.
  • The system works for both horizontal soffit and vertical wall installations

Precision Metal Fascia Panels For Modern Building Envelopes

The FW-12 panel system from Berridge Manufacturing is engineered for architects and contractors who require refined metal fascia panels with consistent geometry and long-term performance. Its balanced proportions and controlled profile depth allow it to integrate seamlessly into both contemporary and transitional building designs.

Whether specified for commercial facilities, institutional structures or high-end residential projects, the FW-12 supports clean lines and disciplined detailing. Each panel is manufactured with tight tolerances to ensure reliable alignment across the building envelope.

Because Berridge maintains control over manufacturing processes, including advanced coil coating and roll forming systems, the FW system delivers uniform finish quality and dimensional precision across production runs.

Designed For Fascia, Soffit And Wall Applications

The FW-12 profile provides flexibility across multiple architectural conditions while maintaining a cohesive appearance.

Common Applications

  • Roof edge fascia assemblies
  • Steel soffit panels for overhangs and canopies
  • Decorative soffit cladding in commercial spaces
  • Vertical wall cladding
  • Horizontal soffit installations requiring visual continuity

The system allows designers to achieve consistent metal soffit and fascia transitions without introducing unnecessary complexity into the specification.

For projects requiring a coordinated envelope, the FW-012 panel can be paired with complementary Berridge wall and roofing systems to maintain finish and profile alignment.

Refined Metal Fascia Detail And Performance Engineering

Architectural detailing often determines whether a faƧade feels intentional or improvised. The FW-12 panel supports precise metal fascia detail integration, helping maintain sharp transitions between rooflines, wall assemblies and soffits.

Manufactured from high-quality steel substrates, the panel system is engineered to withstand environmental exposure while maintaining structural stability. Berridge’s controlled coating process enhances resistance to weathering and supports long-term finish integrity in diverse climates.

Key performance considerations include:

  • Dimensional consistency across panel runs
  • Durable protective finishes
  • Compatibility with engineered substructure systems
  • Reliable installation alignment for contractors

For architects, this means predictable specification outcomes. For builders, it means clearer installation and fewer field adjustments.

A Structured Solution For Horizontal And Ceiling Applications

Beyond fascia and vertical wall uses, the FW-12 performs effectively in horizontal soffit conditions where visual uniformity is critical. Its profile supports structured shadow lines that enhance depth without overwhelming the faƧade.

In select architectural applications, the system can contribute to premium ceiling panels in covered exterior environments, such as entry canopies or walkway structures. The clean geometry and consistent spacing create a disciplined visual rhythm across large surface areas.

This versatility makes the FW system suitable for educational facilities, healthcare buildings, office developments and multi-family projects where durability and aesthetics must align.

Manufacturing Expertise Since 1970

Berridge has led the architectural metal industry for over five decades. That legacy is reflected in the FW-12 system’s engineering and production standards.
Advanced roll forming equipment ensures consistent panel shape and reliable field performance. Nationwide branch availability supports efficient product access across the United States, helping project teams maintain schedule control.
