Product Information

Product Overview

The Berridge Manufacturing FW-1025 Panel is a versatile architectural metal solution designed for projects that require clean lines, material durability and refined visual control. These longitudinal striated metal panels are engineered for use in wall, soffit, ceiling, fascia and screen wall applications, delivering a professional, finished appearance across both commercial and residential environments.

With concealed fasteners and a consistent vertical profile, the FW-1025 panel supports modern architectural design while maintaining long-term performance.

Design Flexibility And Visual Options

The FW-1025 panel offers architects and designers the ability to tailor appearance and texture without compromising structural integrity. Panels can be specified with a smooth surface or enhanced with longitudinal striations, vee-grooves or venting to introduce depth, shadow lines and airflow where needed.

Optional stucco embossing adds subtle texture, making the panel suitable for both contemporary designs and projects requiring additional surface character. This range of finish and pattern options allows the FW-1025 panel to function as both a design-forward architectural element and a performance-driven metal panel system.

Materials And Panel Construction

Berridge Manufacturing produces the FW-1025 panel using high-quality metals selected for durability, consistency and long-term reliability. Panels are available in 24- and 22-gauge steel or in 0.032 and 0.040 aluminum, providing flexibility for a wide range of structural and aesthetic requirements. The concealed fastener system maintains clean sightlines while supporting secure panel attachment and uniform alignment.

Panel Specifications

The FW-1025 panel provides a coverage width of ten and one-quarter inches, creating proportional depth and visual rhythm across vertical surfaces. Panels are designed for vertical installation over open framing or solid sheathing and are suitable for wall, soffit, ceiling, fascia and screen wall applications. An optional seam-lock feature is available for projects requiring enhanced performance characteristics or specific approval requirements.

Installation Considerations

FW-1025 panels are factory-manufactured in continuous lengths up to 40 feet, reducing visible seams and supporting efficient installation. Vented panel options provide 7.79 square inches of Net Free Vent Area per linear foot, making them suitable for soffit and ceiling applications that require airflow.

Due to the corrosive nature of aggressive atmospheres, marine environments or high-humidity conditions, Berridge Manufacturing does not recommend vented products in these settings because of potential exposure at raw steel edges.

Projects specifying 22-gauge material may be subject to a 4,500 square foot minimum order. For projects requiring Florida Product Approvals or Miami-Dade NOA compliance, the seam-locking feature is required.

Architectural Applications

The FW-1025 panel is well-suited for a wide range of architectural applications, including commercial wall systems, ceilings, residential fascias, screen walls and metal panel siding installations. Its adaptable design, material options and refined appearance make it a dependable choice for architects, contractors, builders and restoration specialists seeking a balance of aesthetic control and proven performance.

Built For Long-Term Performance

With decades of manufacturing expertise and a commitment to innovation, Berridge Manufacturing designs the FW-1025 panel to meet the demands of modern construction while supporting architectural creativity. The panel’s flexibility, material quality and precise manufacturing reflect Berridge’s focus on reliability, durability and long-term value for projects nationwide.
