FIELD INSPECTOR - HOUSTON LOCATION
This position offers a competitive salary, 401K and a medical / dental plan.
Applicants for this position should have a working knowledge of roofing / sheet metal roofing with hands on experience, a general knowledge of construction along with a willingness and ability to travel both in state and out of state
This position requires traveling to construction sites to perform inspections on roofing installations for compliance with approved installation drawings. The applicant must read, write and speak English fluently, be able to read, understand and verbally interpret architectural and shop drawings as well as communicate and deal one on one with customers.
This position will require physical activity involving, air and automobile travel, climbing ladders, traversing about the roofs of buildings to take photographs, perform inspections and produce written reports. Additional duties may include sheet metal work associated with product testing and building mock-up assemblies for testing and R& D purposes.
